What is Acrylic :

Cast acrylic sheet is formulated with ultraviolet absorbers designed to help protect pictures, photographs and posters from the damaging effects of ultraviolet light. Cast acrylic sheet absorbs more than 98% of the radiation in the ultraviolet range below 400 nanometres.

Unlike other companies who will produce your file without any quality control, we at PixtoArt review and double check each electronic file/photo as if your final masterpiece was being hung in our own home or place of business.
We only use environmentally ECO friendly products such as our Latex Inks along with our ECO friendly Data PhotoPro Paper.
Once an image or images are chosen or supplied, we verify the quality of the image to ensure the highest quality possible. The customer has a choice of 1/8 or 3/16 acrylic. Our acrylic is the highest quality/grade available on the market. Our acrylic is flawless, with absolutely no imperfections in it.
Our facemount technology guarantees the highest quality level achievable amongst our competitors. Images are printed on state of the art printers built by Hewlart Packard (HP) and printed at 1200 dpi on our Ariva Photopro Paper, which provides an end result to that of continuous tone photographic quality.
The images are then face mounted on to the chosen acrylic in our dust free lab. Special air guns and compressors are used to ensure the acrylic is dust free, thus providing an amazing crystal clear image.
The acrylic is cut to size using our state of the art equipment. Our equipment ensures precision to all 4 sides with a uniform high quality crystal finish. The acrylic is then waxed and buffed to allow the image to be seen through the 1/8 or 3/16 edges.
Regardless of the angle in which the image is viewed, perfection has been achieved and a masterful piece of art now exists.
